立會否決興建中九龍幹線撥款申請--輿論見效力.

立法會工務小組反對政府申請興建中九龍幹線的撥款。出席會議的十三名小組成員，有五名投票支持將撥款申請交予財委會審議，但有七票就反對。反對的議員認為，政府沒有提出具體方案，在中九龍幹沿途保護油麻地警署等有價值的古舊建築物。政府就表示，未能得到立法會撥款，就無法展開相關研究。議員已小心翼翼,防止政府認為通過撥款=通過隨意折古物. 我同意要起中九龍幹線,但政府一定要將詳程和整個規劃資料公開,讓市民參與. 政府估計不到偷偷摸摸折天星,變成喚醒市民,以後更積極參與社會發展. 始料不及.【中九龍幹線】只是開始. 四十年前【天星加價事件】引至社會改革,政府改變殖民地管治手法. 四十年後【天星折鐘樓事件】又會否引發另一種社會改革??改變政府的施政手法.不再【黑箱作業】? 【天星】果然是香港龍脈所在. 沒有任何公司可以在中環,灣仔填海區擁有任何建築物.便沒有誘因令政府想盡辦法為財閥謀求沿海土地.
市民便可以享有更多休閒地方, 文化, 休閒是任何地方的市民應該擁有.

刪除港人集體回憶

清拆天星碼頭再次反映政府對文物保育意識薄弱，碼頭作為香港的重要地標及港人的重要集體回憶，從文化、社會、經濟均有重大意義。
近幾年，舊區重建、舊建築清拆已令香港近幾十年的歷史見證所餘無幾，只保留百年的古建築，香港的文物便會出現斷層。地方和建築盛載的是可以不斷延續下去的歷史，讓不同年代的人對同一社會產生感情。
碼頭消失了，集體回憶消失了，感情消失了，我們的根在哪裏？我們的家在哪裏？
當香港成了只有摩天住宅、商廈、大型商場的地方，以及一大堆用錢堆砌的新地標，香港還有什麼特色？除了賺錢和消費，香港還有什麼值得香港人去留戀？

清拆天星碼頭事件上，政府可恥：

１．政府決定前，從來沒有讓市民參與過討論。
２．碼頭清拆的消息於八月傳出，三個月後（11/11）碼頭已停用，讓反對的市民和團體來不及反應和行動。
３．不理古物古蹟辦事處的評估報告的反對聲音。
４．揭何志平講大話的古物古蹟辦事處的評估報告，網上版本已遭刪除，有隱瞞事件之嫌。
５．為了慳錢，從規劃一開始，已沒有把保留碼頭列入考慮之列。
６．專家指只要花幾千萬，稍為更改計劃路線便可保留碼頭，相對整個填海計劃講緊要幾十億只是少數目。造成「清拆天星碼頭」的「既定事實」，若保留碼頭將會違反工程合約，要賠錢，讓市民死心：反對都無用啦！而且要賠錢。
７．普羅大眾、不同界別的專家和團體已明確表達反對清拆

Innovated Protest gains Support

Will there be a Male Stripper Night in front of the Pier Dec 15 2006? It will be so boring and with no attraction at all if just repeat and repeat what have been done for years.

Useless to just sit down or holding hands or climbing up and down or hanging slogan or shouting slogan.

Be innovative please. HK government is accused for having no new ideas or new approaches. What about you guys? Can't you think of some new and meaningful and influential campaign?

Let's have a Naked Night. Ask all handsome young men line up in front of all the media and then put off their clothes piece by piece until their hard hot erection are presented in front of the whole world.

The government and the police and Mr. Tsang will be very shameful and embarassed. The public will pay sympathy onto you protesters.

Scholars and Law Makers will rethink the discourse of Public space vs Private space and Public Memory vs Private rights.

The whole campaign will turn into a new debate in the academic world and in the critical theory circle. Reporters will chase after those professors and scholars to ask them to decode and comment on this naked campaign. The whole academic world will have a new movement as in the 1960s.

If those handsome young men can shave their pubic hair and leg hair in front of the pier,
the symbolic meaning will be much stronger that the demolition of the Clock tower is just like shaving away our public area (pubic hair) and legend (leg hair)

What the use of just climbing up and down and hanging slogan?

Guys in Lan Kwai Fong may go to the Pier on Friday night to support you guys and undress together.

Those Police will find it hard to manage the situation and it's difficult to take you guys away if you're naked.

You can also tell the world that the demolition of the Clock Tower is such an insult to you just like you're being naked in front of the Public.
