 <description>&lt;p&gt;這亦可能與一個國家的對外貿易政策有關，因為貿易逆差或盈餘的出現取決於出口與入口的數量，故正如筆者所言，出口與否或多少並不完全由該國本身的本地市場需要決定，更不會是為了照顧本地市場的消費者口味。&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>One Stupid Question</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;As described in the article, in UK, for one year,&#039;鮮奶進口有114,000噸, 而出口竟有119,000噸&#039;, why don&#039;t they consume the locally produced milk first?  In that case they can save cost from transport...  Are they doing it because they import cheaper milk from poorer countries?  Or to feed the people involved in transport industry?  I really don&#039;t understand, or exactly what we say, &#039;rices of the neighbours taste better???&#039;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hope somebody can answer this stupid question of mine.&lt;/p&gt;
