Well....just think that those volunteers shouldn't join this weird group for asking money from outsiders.
They already gains so much money from the church.

From the perspective of a frequent flag seller

Sometimes it is very harsh when people don't want to donate money to some organisations because they don't know about them or even worse, afraid of them, like for AIDS funds and 靈實, etc.

When an organisation is entitled to sell flags, as least we know it is not earning money through it. Like when I sold flag for Breakthrough once, a few people asked me 'why a magazine needs to / can sell flags?' Sometimes people just misunderstand about several organisations and their nature of works...... Also, when I sold flags for 匡智會 when it was newly renamed, people refused to donate money just because they had not heard of it. I would say, just be a bit more generous, except when it is really for an organisation you hate (like this one), buying a flag with just 1 dollar or 2, not that big a deal, why not?

We should also consider how hard the volunteers work and feel if everybody refused them......

不染兄捐過錢給明光社，不過是小事一樁，毋須介懷。筆者就曾與他們同檯吃飯，做過他們的擁躉。

不過，近日發生了那麼多事，我想即使筆者請他們吃翅，他們也不會再肯與我同檯吃飯。
