 <title>拒絕的權利！</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;我們只可申請拒收通函郵件，但批准與否全是郵署決定，且批核準則沒有明文規定，全按批核人的心情和認知而定。據知，有些分區郵局甚至拒絕個人申請，只接受以大廈業主立案法團名義提出的拒收申請。&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;要求立法修例的原意亦非剝奪他人的權利，而只讓不慾收取垃圾函件的人擁有拒絕的權利吧，為的當然是減少生活中不必要的用紙了。&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;郵局收錢做這個通函, 那麼我們也可以要求它scan過不收這些的人的名單, 或最簡單如你們所講, 貼sign在信箱外. 但政府自己出的(如宣傳維修窗戶或文化活動), 若不太濫, 則可接受.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>&#039;No Publicity&#039; signs</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;It is always seen, not only in other countries, but also in Hong Kong.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Whether people ignore it or not is another problem.  Now, in fact, because of the money HK Post can earn but distributing the posted materials to every household, I don&#039;t see that they would be proactive to help this campaign......&lt;/p&gt;
