拒絕的權利！

我們只可申請拒收通函郵件，但批准與否全是郵署決定，且批核準則沒有明文規定，全按批核人的心情和認知而定。據知，有些分區郵局甚至拒絕個人申請，只接受以大廈業主立案法團名義提出的拒收申請。

要求立法修例的原意亦非剝奪他人的權利，而只讓不慾收取垃圾函件的人擁有拒絕的權利吧，為的當然是減少生活中不必要的用紙了。

可否要求不收? +殺樹

郵局收錢做這個通函, 那麼我們也可以要求它scan過不收這些的人的名單, 或最簡單如你們所講, 貼sign在信箱外. 但政府自己出的(如宣傳維修窗戶或文化活動), 若不太濫, 則可接受.

It is always seen, not only in other countries, but also in Hong Kong.

Whether people ignore it or not is another problem. Now, in fact, because of the money HK Post can earn but distributing the posted materials to every household, I don't see that they would be proactive to help this campaign......
