The Nepalese gathering conducted by Southern Democratic Alliance has finished successfully on 13 August 2011 in the Yaumatei Community Hall.
Limbu Saran Kumar, the newly appointed Commissioner to Nepalese Affairs of Southern Democratic Alliance, has introduced himself.
James Lung Wai Man, the chairman of the Southern Democratic Alliance, has discussed the issue of building a school for Nepalese in Jordan, and the issue of building a Nepalese Cultural Center in the Western Kowloon Cultural District, with the participants.

We need an ethnic minorities cultural center in the West Kowloon Cultural District
Southern Democratic Alliance is a multi ethnic political group in Hong Kong. We pay attention to the situations of ethnic minorities in the city.
There are many Nepalese living in Jordan. Some people have named Jordan `The Little Nepal’.
Nepalese people like to organize cultural, social and musical programs. They always cannot do that because the Yaumatei Community Hall is always fully booked.
The West Kowloon Cultural District is located next to Jordan. We therefore write to you, to propose for building an ethnic minorities cultural center in the West Kowloon Cultural District and allow the ethnic minorities organizations to book it for organizing cultural, social and musical programs. Please considerate our proposal seriously. It will be grateful if you can meet us to discuss about the issue.
