Hongkong-Asia Exchange Project is part of the Artist-in-Residence Programme 2009-2010 of Hong Kong Art School. While the first phase of the project Emotional Metropolis is coming towards the end, the second phase of the project, Drifted Narratives will soon kick start.
In this second part of the series, Tad Ermitano, the Filipino Artist-in-Residence of the School will collaborate with local artist as well as Lecture/Subject Coordinator of HKAS, Tse Ming-chong. In search of José Rizal, the national father of the Philippines who passed by Hong Kong with a mission, observing the Filipino domestic helpers who gather at Central on Sundays and tourists queuing outside the Disneyland or Louis Vuitton shops, the artists try to collect anecdotes, unaware and unknown stories.

「香港亞洲交流計劃」是香港藝術學院2009-2010年度藝術家駐校計劃的一部份。隨著計畫的第一階段 - 「都會情固」即將結束，計劃第二階段「漂流逸事」緊接展開，菲律賓藝術家Tad Ermitano與另一名本地藝術家及學院講師謝明莊將攜手合作，以流亡期間轉折經過香港的菲律賓國父黎剎（José Rizal）作起點，延伸至逢星期日必到中環聚會的菲律賓傭工，以及在迪斯尼樂園或路易•威登門外排隊的旅客作觀察對象，發掘他們獨有的故事。
兩位藝術家將會在工作坊中帶領參加者尋找香港的菲律賓，由參加者自備一件和菲律賓有關的物品開始，與他們一同製作多媒體作品。而在座談會中，更會向公眾展示創作成果。
