接待AFS外籍交流生 家庭生活國際化!
香港唯一一間接待外籍交流生的非牟利機構，國際文化交流(AFS)現正誠邀香港家庭接待將於八月來港的外地交流生，作為期一年的接待家庭。
今年來港的外國交流生共有五十二位，來自世界各地包括捷克共和國、埃及、冰島及瑞典等地。他們的年齡介乎15-18歲，除了入讀本地學校，他們在港期間更會積極學習本地文化及參與社會服務。
衹要樂意義務提供三餐一宿(接待家庭無須為交流生另備房間)，視交流學生為家庭成員，願意協助交流生適應在香港的生活，即可出任接待家庭。出任接待家庭不但可與海外家庭建立長久友誼，為全家帶來一個學習別國風土人情及語言的機會，更可為你的家庭生活增添色彩！

Transforming your family into an
international one!
Have you ever thought of having one more
child who can transform your family into a more international one? AFS Intercultural Exchanges now offers Hong Kong families a chance to host foreign exchange students for academic year 2005-2006.
52 AFS exchange students, aged 15-18 years old, from 19 countries as diverse as Czech Republic, Egypt, Iceland and Sweden will arrive Hong Kong in August 2005, departing in July 2006. Students participate on AFS are eager to learn Chinese culture and how to relate to people different from themselves. Students attend local schools and become involved in community service programs etc.
AFS students are not tourists nor guests – they are a member of the host family. A spacious living environment is not required, as long as you can provide the love and support that these teenagers need. AFS provides school tuition and transportation fees. Host families are asked to provide meals and accommodation.
To host a foreign exchange student can be deeply rewarding for all members of the family, and, above all, fun!
