黃色門廚房主持人劉晉設計路線，帶大家遊市集、逛老店、認識獨特食材及品嘗街市美食，探索香港街市與飲食文化。於黃色門廚房午膳。

AMPM主廚Vincent Ku將帶領坊眾深入嘉咸街市集，尋找最新鮮的食材，再走進廚房，即席示範烹調一頓獨一無二的中西FUSION菜式，與參加者分享。

你知道嘉咸街的故事嗎？市集曾經是革命基地？兩小時的文化深度遊帶大家進一步認識這個有150年歷史的市集。
