Town Planning Board: WRITE YOUR LETTER BEFORE 23 September (this Friday)
Myself and three other residents who live and work in SOHO and Mid-levels
have applied to the Town Planning Board to rezone the Former Police Quarters.
We are seeking your support by asking you to WRITE LETTERS OF SUPPORT FOR
REZONING to the Town Planning Board - support letters must reach the Town
Planning Board BY Friday 23 September 2005. I have placed on the gallery
website a full explanation (English & Chinese) about why we are seeking
re-zoning of this site - there is a sample letter which you can use to send
to the Town Planning Board - please add your own comments to your letter.

We believe that making a legal challenge to aspects of the Government's
plans for the redevelopment of Central will put both the Government and the
Town Planning Board 'on notice' about the public's strong feelings about
the pending destruction of Central and other areas of Hong Kong.
