給香港大學校長徐立之的公開信

(我建議發動一個公開投訴徐立之校長的行動，就是寫公開信來令世人知道香港大學現在變成了什麼樣子，好在我不是在香港讀大學。
陰謀論者會以為是徐立之、香港警方及中共合謀剷除眼中釘，因為她舉雪山獅子旗得罪了中共，於是警察要做出「成績」，中大要配合。)

本人是香港市民，就最近香港大學學生陳巧文被警方滋擾一事，深感不滿；而報章所載，「校長徐立之更明言，若有需要，會將事件交學生紀律委員會處理，強調不容港大學生有任何不法及暴力行為」，更令本人感到非常不安。

昔日五四運動，北大校長蔡元培為學生挺身而出向北洋軍閥交涉，保護被捕學生！須知今天陳巧文仍未定罪，警方亦未有證據提出檢控，陳巧文亦多次強調沒有襲警等；警方對其及其家人之騷擾行為似是政治檢控、意在製造白色恐怖，阻嚇陳巧文及其他人士繼續參與社會運動、群眾運動。

香港大學作為本地歷史最悠久的專上學院，理應鼓勵學生參與社會、回應社會。故此，本人深望校方能從速為陳巧文提供各項其需要的協助，並在有需要時挺身而出，保障學生參與社會運動自由，免受警方無理檢控或騷擾，而非在未了解事件前向外發表不負責任、傷害學生的言論。

負責香港大學公關及傳媒事宜的馬小姐指，徐校長當時已強調言論自由及鼓勵學生參與社會等事，與報章所引大相逕庭。若報刊所載非實情，請校長閣下儘快澄清，不要讓傳媒抹黑閣下及貴校！

七一遊行的幾個小想法

七一遊行已成了香港的文化景觀，向世界示範中共治下的香港仍然有公開的言論、集會自由，人數構成了一重自由的保障，例如某年出席六四燭光晚會時似乎有不是本地人拿箸專業攝綠器材四處走，對正每位參與者的臉來拍，這當然不會是中共國電視台在尋找未來的偶像，更似是中共國的統戰部抽空免費為各位看看相，看中共國的風水適不適合各位北上發展/遊玩。從社運界過去一年的經驗，愈多人參與的社會運動，警民關係愈和諧，誤會就愈少。

一個困繞主辦團體多年的問題是香港9成的傳媒對於此事，一是不作任何報導，二總是特別偏愛警方較少的遊行數字，又或者針對參與者並不明白什麼叫民主、普選，又或者對中共國有誤解﹐了解不足而被有心人仕利用作政治籌碼。所以我想到幾個有趣的主意，第一是主辦單位可放棄自己出事後的新聞稿，而完全採用民間記者的報導，因此會比各有預設立場傳媒的較中立、客觀;另外，我想一般市民都會十分有興趣知道傳媒是如何由採訪而匯編成新聞，一如我在2007年首次反基遊行就有東方/太陽記者來訪問我們當中有沒有同性戀者，明顯是為了在報導時把反明光社的無神論者打成同性戀和反同性戀者的政治鬥爭，故意忽略了我們的反基身份，為免間接協助中共最討厭的反基動員，所以我幽了她一默，說沒有為每位參與者檢驗性傾向，於是明天便沒有反基的新聞登在東方/太陽報上。當時由於街道兩旁都被鐵馬分隔，而首尾不能相接，沒有統一的發言稿，有時趕不及由一隊回到另一隊亦不知各反基人仕在記者前說了什麼及最後傳媒拿了哪一位的訪問去報導。因此想到，其實各團體除了應有統一發言稿外，亦應有民間記者專責監視各記者如何探訪各人，一來令將來自己發的新聞稿更完整，二來是防止他日有人斷章取義，演成羅生門事件，例如當回答是否泛民主派成員及是否贊成普選時，假如你前後都答是，報紙可能會寫成: 某人因為是泛民主派成員才支持普選; 又例如當回答是否討厭民建聯及反對中共一黨專政時，如果前者說是後者說否，可以被演繹成因為民建聯不是在香港實行一黨專政所以才討厭它，卻未必是如被訪問者心中所想的是因為覺民建聯太民族主義，而中共卻不夠民族主義所以才反對它一黨專政，中共國理應由民建聯一黨專政; 又例如問題是: 同不同情法輪功、是不是投票給泛民主派，可能被演繹為: 因為法輪功而投票給泛民主派，或者是投票給泛民主派所以才同情法輪功，甚至是李洪志指令法輪功修練者一定要投票給泛民主派，所以泛民主派被外國反華勢力利用，又或者是法輪功被泛民主派利用。三來更深一層的意思是彰顯七一精神，七一化被動為主動來改寫香港的政治發展，香港市民不再只是各派的政客棋子，既然香港市民不甘成為政客棋子，為什麼又甘願自己的行為成為各派傳媒來向中共繳功的棋子，隨便中共的御用文人把它解讀為自己的功勞，又或者成為傳媒向曾蔭權示威的工具，以便爭取傳媒的特權?

所以當有記者訪問你時，停一停、想一想﹐再找朋友用手提電話錄下訪問的過程，不是傳媒在訪問你，而是你想透過指定的傳媒去發放自己想它報導的訊息，它是你的公共平台。

另外是倒後行，以諷刺香港政府在民主發展及人權上倒行逆施。

家庭發展網絡搞什麼鬼「6.28」遊行?

家庭發展網絡，疑似基督右派明光社陣營另一新成員，一看便知是為公關而公關的組織，宗旨是"婚姻是一男一女的結合，兩性平等，反對家暴，支持基層和貧窮家庭，爭取民主。" 我想問的是香港民主不足所以要民主發展網絡，何以家庭忽然要再發展呢?是現在的家庭制度因為包容了同居者而不夠好呢?還是現在的家庭制度驅逐了同性同居者而不夠完備呢?是不是以打同性戀吸毒組織馳名的基右主將黃成智為首的組織想到了同性同居者除組織家庭外還有更好的機會去發展更道德又被社會承認的關係呢?既以家庭發展網絡為名，同時又堅拒把家庭定義擴闊到不單同性同居者，而是天下一家(盡歸於道德保守派)，不是有點自相矛盾嗎?

而它的理念太散，成堆杏加橙都炒唔埋一碟，是不是家庭要民主化?還是民主家庭化?然後家庭又要和諧化?反家暴要民主化?支持扶貧民主化?還是民主扶貧化?扶貧又反家暴化?民主是不是只適用一夫一妻的家庭?支持扶貧是不是只適用一夫一妻的家庭?一夫一妻又是不是只適用於扶貧?扶貧又是不是只適用於一夫一妻制?還是一夫一妻又是不是只適用於民主制度?扶貧又是不是只適用於民主制度?是基層及貧窮的家庭爭取民主，但其他階層就不要爭取民主呢?是為了扶貧而爭取民主，還是為了爭取民主而扶貧?是為了反對家暴而扶貧?還是為了扶貧而是反對家暴?是為了反對家暴而爭取民主?還是為了爭取民主而是反對家暴?是為了反對家暴而支持一夫一妻制?還是為了支持一夫一妻制而是反對家暴?是為了反對家暴而爭取民主?還是為了爭取民主而是反對家暴?是為了爭取民主而支持一夫一妻制?還是為了支持一夫一妻制而爭取民主?是為了扶貧而支持一夫一妻制?還是為了支持一夫一妻制而扶貧?

另外，這比明光社更像政治組織/政黨，範圍更廣，不是更像保守黨嗎?為什麼不打正旗號為香港道德保育聯盟?

黃成智: 馳名的基督右派，在「Flying High, Landing safe」一事專針對同性戀吸毒者，為了在基督右派媒體做三分鍾英雄而背棄泛民主派,指同性戀為一種不良的社會風氣;
關啟文: 網絡廿三條的最有力支持者，反家庭暴力條例基右主將;
陳漢森有份發動強迫學生一人一信圍剿社民連,無疑是配合基督右派在明報廣告攻擊社民連的行動，同政治立場保守，曾經在明報讚揚一學生認同「鎮壓六四才是中共國如今穩定兼強大的關鍵」，第二天見群情洶湧而推說要慢慢來改變學生的意見，何以尊重獨立意見又要因和主流不乎慢慢來改變呢?

為了回應我們以下訴求而生產出來:
反民主---支持民主,如何支持,是不是支持家庭民主化?家庭民主流是不是代表子女可自由決定跟不跟隨父母的基督教信仰?家庭民主流是不是代表子女星期日可以不去基督教恩福堂呢?家庭民主流是不是代表是不是有點格格不入?而且基督右派為了向中共表明心跡，故意和泛民主派及大部份香港人分道揚標，不在七一中共慶祝香港「回歸」之日遊行，留給來以佈道會慶祝回歸，還是北上面聖呢?是不是像葉劉一樣做另類「獨立民主派」?還是像東方/太陽一樣，支持民主但反對所有泛民主派呢?是不齒與性淫亂派的泛民主派支持者同行?還是不齒和GLBT/同性戀同行?還是西裝友大遊行，沒有窮人?更有意思的是，為什麼過往的七一遊行不參加，被我罵一罵之後就忽然支持民主/普選呢?是不是承續當年因為同性戀者而杯葛七一的傳統，所以支持沒有同性戀者的民主普選?

基督教獨大 ---所以當中有孔教保守派人士，同時亦回應了我們指他為外國思想殖民者，但天主教徒是以個別身份參與不錯在中共眼中的中國傳統是保守落伍、恐同，既然是包容各宗教，何解不包容道教/印度教/回教/佛教以及非宗教的人類主義者?是不是因為道教/印度教/回教/佛教在他們心目中並不道德,亦沒有家庭倫理可言?還是基督右派的精神容不下道教/印度教/回教/佛教?

歧視弱勢者---所以要支援貧窮家庭,綜援人仕,但是如何支援呢?用口號還是有具體的行動呢?當中又有沒有附帶條件，如受助者必須為保守派人仕?或名為援助，實為宣揚自己宗教/政治理念?又或者當中有沒有政治動機，為某一派政黨動員，又或者只打壓某一政黨的形象?

反人權---所以要支持家暴條例保障同性戀者的人權，但又不承認同性戀者組織家庭之人權，問題是在此情況之下它如何反家暴呢?是口號式動員?還是派員像對付互聯網色情、暴力資訊一樣逐家逐戶去監視及揭發?又有沒有具體應對家庭暴力的一整套策略?而該套策略又如何與其他核心價值如民主小心變成反暴力，如反粗言穢語。

我更加想知道的是，是不是每位參與6.28遊行者都同時贊成全部"婚姻是一男一女的結合，兩性平等，反對家暴，支持基層和貧窮家庭，爭取民主。”，如果不是的話，則遊行除了向基督教其他非明光社陣營顯示其動員的實力外，以及基督右派和香港社會主流的泛民主派並不相容外，又會是什麼?是不是代表宗教和世俗社會格格不入/水火不容，所以七一遊行主辦者海納百川，既包容無神論者也包容基督左右派，既包容保守派也包容自由派，反而是以基督右派為首的家庭發展網絡的6.28「一夫一妻才是家庭才爭取民主及扶貧兼和諧社會」大遊行不容泛民主派、不容同性戀者、不容基督左派、不容容道教/印度教/回教/佛教以及非宗教的人類主義者/無神論、不容同是基督徒帶領的泛民左派社民連、不容社會主義者。從此點點看來，這更像中共為了抗衡泛民主派勢力而搞的冒牌民主組織如「XX居民協會」，是基督右派為了抗衡「民主發展網絡」給予泛民主派的道德正當性而產生的政治組織!

First let me supplement some missing part in Part I. The role of his geek friend in US is to produce false evidence that the skywalker.org has hacking into the computer of respective parties. The information collected from HK is viewed in a ultra-skeptical eye since CCP worry about the possibility of wrong info feed by Skywalker.org.
Why would the general election of Hong Kong is re-held after second revelation that CCP is illegally involve in many aspects in Legislative election of 2004? What skywalker.org provide is some paper s purported to internal documents of CCP, there is no way to verify its authenticity, why would skeptical-is-the -norm HK citizen believe any of it? More importantly, skywalker.org threaten further revelation directly to US media(and UN) if the general election is not recalled.
With:

1. No aiding of Pro-Democratic popular media(By third revelation);
2. Political damage inflicted to Pro-Beijing parties by first revelation;
3. Political damages created by second revelation (Beijing’s illegal interfere with HK election);
4. Beijing’s HK agent is too busy to monitor each other for interfering with election. Pro-Dem is an easy win, now they controlled the 2/3 of seats out of 60. Not surprisingly, they push for universal suffrage in 2008 and HKSARG will have to comply.

After the downfall of Oriental Daily, Beijing has entertain the possibility of setting up another media proxy in HK. However, having consider the difficulty of covering the CCP background of this new enterprise and low popularity it entail. Moreover, if the same thing happen to this media like Oriental Daily, it would definitely endanger its already low popularity. It decide from a business viewpoint it is best to leave HK media alone. First time in CCP history, isn’t it?

CCP almost halt its functioning: By all means skywalker.org ’s China branch has to dismantled.
Why he traveled to US? Mostly to persuade the LUGs in US do not aid China in the process of witchhunting with Linux technology. With libertian altitude held by majority of this group, the result is not hard to imagine. China has to rely on LUG to stomp out its own member allegedly from HK. Will LUGs give up its ideological ground, quite unlikely, isn’t it? He doesn’t afraid to shown his face toward them—it is quite difficult to remember a face from a difference ethic group. That is psychology.

愛香港　齊上街七一維園再出發

前前言

受到流奶強等一眾土共號召，有感而發，現發表《愛香港，齊上街：七一維園再出發》宣言。

前言

1.1

香港淪陷十二年，經歷了多方面的折騰，儘管還有不少優勢，但面對中共政權空前威脅，香港的政治、經濟、社會、民生，都處於生死存亡之秋。香港七百萬市民都需要深入反思，攜手推翻暴政。

1.2

眾所周知，香港目前政治內耗不斷，小圈子當道，官僚爭相推卸責任，信政府一成，雙目失明；經濟缺乏新動力和增長點，香港經濟優勢加速下滑；社會貧富懸殊，機會減少，官商勾結加劇，有權勢者依法掠奪，民生日趨困難；令人更擔憂是社會日漸變成一言堂，容不下半點反對聲音，而土共膠論則無日無之，不斷為香港人洗腦。朝目前的軌跡發展下去，香港有可能陷於失序的境況。

1.3

如果香港市民不勇於面對挑戰，堅持民主信念，承擔清除中共的責任，重拾以前的幹勁，為香港的前途拼搏、扭轉劣勢；香港將會遭中共吞噬，在全球激烈競爭中沉淪，誰也救不了香港。

我們不應被香港目前遇到的困難難倒，並拋棄目前錯誤的發展軌跡，在這關鍵的時刻建立共識，再出發、齊上街。

認識中國

2.1 香港與中國：

今天的香港，是淪為「中華人民共和國」「特別行政區」的香港，是一國一制殖民框架下的香港，這是客觀的現實。不少香港市民對中國內地政權有不同的看法，這事實是可以改變的：我們每一個人都有承擔改變的責任。

2.2 末落的中國：

中共政權在過去的六十年，闖下不少彌天大禍，死人以千萬計。可是如六四屠城，中共至今依然堅持殺人是對的。但更重要的是，中共帶領本已日暮途窮的中華民族跌入萬劫不復的境地，人文質素不斷下降，致道德淪亡：中國已由所謂世界工廠成為名副其實的「世界製毒工廠」。中國人不單不引以為恥，反為「大國勃起」感到自豪。

認識「一國一制」下的中國殖民地香港

3.1 政治：

香港市民享有比不上香港高樓大廈高度的高度自由，並受到逐漸淪為當權者打壓異己工具的法律保障。香港暫時還未能實行普選行政長官及全面普選立法會議員，但是已經有了不知能否實行的2017年普選行政長官，和2020年全面普選立法會議員的明確時間表。

特衰政府有大量施政失誤，倒行逆施屢見不鮮。我們需要汲取經驗，努力改進這個腐敗的制度，以維持香港的繁榮、穩定和發展。

3.2 經濟：

香港經濟（和政治）太受（某些）地產發展（商）的影響：地價、樓價及租金關係政府財政、市民財產及營商環境與成本。在周邊競爭力提升的挑戰下，香港已經面臨產業必須作重大結構調整的關鍵時刻。

香港經濟的持續發展，寄望於新的增長點。我們不能昧於形勢，故步因循，無視自身競爭力的退步。

香港經濟由第三產業主導，香港的工資結構不利低學歷、低技術的青年及中高齡人士；財富及入息差距擴大是一直困擾着香港的結構性問題。

作為高速發展的中國經濟一個部分，以及「一國一制」的優勢，是我們至今遠沒有用足的巨大機遇。政府需要扮演一個更積極的角色，促進經濟轉型和提升，大企業要騰出空間，使經營成本平穩下降，讓中小企業能立足和成長。

3.3 社會文化：

香港是多元社會，社群、族群、人群關係可算融洽，對少數人的不同意見及權益是尊重的。但某些以鼓吹煽動仇恨為本、以基督之名陷基督於不義的組織和團體正不斷努力以求破壞這一切。

香港貧富懸殊嚴重。但香港的貧窮是富裕社會的貧窮，窮人及社會低下階層得到的各種社會補助還算足夠。政府除了繼續維持這必要的社會安全網之外，還要通過各種手段降低社會不公，讓最多市民能分享經濟發展的成果。

香港是商業城市，香港對弱勢社群的關懷，對文化及環境的保育有所不足，需要致力改進，並保持社會整體趨多元化方向發展。

香港深受移民社會的過客心態、中國專制思想及家族主義影響，對社會整體利益，尤其是長期利益不夠重視。以掌權者看來，這種取向優點在於適合暴政滋長。但是過份重視個人（及家族）利益的最大化，個人或個體利益凌架社會利益，不願意為社會付出代價，是香港社會及環境劣質化的根由。在個人（及家族）和集體利益之間，我們需要另一個平衡點。

我們的價值

4.1 愛國愛港：

儘管有香港市民認為他們愛的是文化的英國，對英國的政權、對待海外國民的政策、施政表現有不同的看法，有所不滿是完全正常（亦是理所當然）的。但是英國是一個實實在在的實體政權；大不列顛及北愛爾蘭聯合王國是我們的祖國。

香港與英國整體在文化、歷史、制度、經濟都榮辱與共，不可分割；香港和整個英國的利益長遠而言，完全一致。愛香港，不可能不愛英國；愛國就是效忠英女皇、愛國就是愛民主自由等普世價值、愛國就是愛實質上代表英國的大不列顛及北愛爾蘭聯合王國。

4.2 社會和諧：

我們承繼的傳統社會和諧價值，要求香港市民和衷共濟，事事從他人設想，追求雙普選，而不追求一己利益最大化。這樣社會才會和諧，整體社會質素才會改善。而在現代社會，社會和諧價值的實踐是要求政府由人民普選產生；司法公正，無論強者、弱者、富者及貧者都要依法辦事。社會要顯彰公義及愛心，尤其對弱勢社群關懷、照顧。因此，尊重傳統，弘揚公義，發揚愛心，維護司法公正，是構建和諧社會的基本元素。

4.3 民主自由：

儘管香港市民對民主自由的實踐有不同的看法，絕大部分都認同民主自由是值得肯定的價值，是以人為本管治哲學的本義。這即是說政府要有認授性，權力要有制度上的制衡，要向公民交待施政理念及措施，並要接受公民的監督，承擔施政失誤的責任。民主自由亦表示公民有參政、議政權利，有表達意見的自由。

4.4 自力更生：

香港今天的成就是英國和香港幾代人努力、拼搏、勤奮及自主精神的體現。香港今天的富裕容易使我們忘記自力更生價值的堅持，忘記個人努力、責任承擔的重要性。

然而，自力更生同時要求政府要創造有利的條件，使所有香港市民可以在公平的起點上拼搏，追求自己的「香港夢」；並要對不能自助者及弱勢社群，尤其有工作的貧窮家庭提供足夠的保障，使他們獲得社會普遍認許的生活水平。

我們的信念

5.1 權責並重、跨代公義：

如果每一位香港權貴和既得利益者只重視自己權利，不重視自己責任；社會只會紛爭四起，內耗不息。長遠而言，一個社會階級流動幾近停頓的香港不可能持續發展。因此，權貴和既得利益者不單止要問香港為你做了什麼，更要問你自己為香港做了什麼，為香港的下一代留下了什麼?

5.2 發揮主人翁精神：

香港是每一位香港市民的香港，我們不要因為政制畸形，便認為特衰政府施政的績效及錯失與我們無關。實際上，特衰政府管治的得失，和市民憂喜與共。因此，我們有責任爭取雙普選，還政於民。

5.3 對香港的遠景有信心：

我們不單只要對英國的遠景有信心，更要對香港的遠景有信心。英國今天的成就來得不易；它是幾代人付出了犧牲，付出了理想，貢獻了他們青春，以至生命所換來的。同樣道理，香港今天的成就得來不易：香港人需要和衷共濟，摒棄成見，抱積極進取的態度爭取身為國民的應有權利。

5.4 熱愛香港，願意付出：

愛的偉大之處在於感情的付出，承擔的精神。只要香港市民上下一心，正視香港是自己的家；大家多講承擔，多講雙普選，多關懷弱勢社群，創造和諧公義的社會，我們熱愛的香港一定會有美好的明天。

我們愛香港，香港是我們的家。我們願意承擔，為香港整體利益付出。

我們不會被目前的中國專制政權難倒。

我們決心與香港七百萬市民齊心協力，面對挑戰，打敗困難。七一齊上街，為建設民主香港，建設更美好的明天而戰！

Hello Friends,

How a twist of fate when I am representing Kazakhstan in the Model UN meeting, Belgium is a member of ‘UN Committee on Decolonization’. Since Hong Kong was a British colony, and the one delegate from a Canadian school question about my heavy accent. I thus gave him a speech that I should have given to the delegate of other nationals.

My fellow delegate from all over the world,
I would like to ask for your forgiveness for the duration of this meeting, since I realize my accent is too heavy. My accent is so heavy because I was coming from an ex-colony. My native language is considered a second class language ever after the colonization is over, what is the fault of my native language? How ashamed that I felt when I am giving such a speech in anything but my native language? Why must you endure my poor accent in here? Isn’t that fault of colonizer who rape my country, even our own language? How would the same world prohibited slave trade, but still tolerate the torture given to many parts of the world known as colonies?
So I urge my fellow delegate, to abandon colony in its totality. All existing colony should either entrusted to UN, or given a right to autonomy by Universal Suffrage. Colonization, like slavery, doesn’t fit with the ideal of equality, freedom and liberality; must be ended completely and totally!

(At that time of making this speech, the colony I had in mind is Hong Kong. Hong Kong was NEVER given a chance to decide our own future. As long as Chinese Communist Party is in power, NONE of any Chinese citizen has the right to decide the future of their own country. The one true way to guarantee democracy, freedom and liberality in Hong Kong is when Hong Kong is an independent country running its own affair, or a new Federation of China is established.)

香港獨立,中國才真正有機會以和平的方式來建立自由,民主,公義之社會,所謂回歸,只是一個白痴的騙局,結果全中國衰埋一堆,中國一日由中共來統治,台灣應獨立,香港應獨立,西藏應獨立,滿蒙回亦應獨立,如此才是真正以中國人民的福祉來設想。英國無耻,中共無耻,香港共產黨(即民建聯)更無耻,被愚民統治的香港人,你幾時才醒覺?你幾時才站起來做男子漢?

我對兒童公約在香港實施情況的意見

政制及內地事務局今天（4月14日）邀請公眾，提出對聯合國《兒童權利公約》在香港實施情況的意見，至5月29日止。根據《公約》，中國將提交第3及第4份綜合報告，港府需向中央政府提交香港實施公約情況的報告，以便納入中國的報告內。

市民可向各區民政事務處的諮詢服務中心，索取報告的項目大綱。有關意見和建議，可透過傳真（2840 0657）、電郵，或郵寄至香港中環下亞厘畢道中區政府合署（東座）3樓政制及內地事務局。

III － D。第12條：尊重兒童的意見
在香港教育署的「優質」管理下,先後出現了「聖道迦密中學」強迫學生簽署只有贊成學校在淫審條例立場一項的回條,以推進辨學團體或校長的政治議題;以及香港華人基督教聯會在各中小學掛出要求政府從嚴修訂淫審條例的橫額,甚至包括非基督教的廠商會蔡章閣中學、羅陳楚思小學及在荃灣的某官立中學;最近又出現了福建中學校長黃均瑜涉縑應親建制派政治團體之政治動員,強迫學生加入譴責社會民主連線在議會上粗言穢語的事件,我看不到香港教育署採取任何有效措施、行動去防止中小學校利用學生為政治籌碼,保護兒童在社會時事上獨立思考,不跟從學校的立場的權利。教育署自己既沒有措施去尊重兒童的意見,另外更因為香港的教育條例是在60/70年代修訂,學生會沒有罷課/遊行/示威/集會的權利,因此學生的意見在學校決定政策時完全沒有份量,不少中學根本未有依民主程序成立學生會,不民主產生/由學校委任的學生會如何尊重兒童的意見?我素聞有家長教師會,卻沒有聽過學生教師/學生家長會,而香港有學校讓學生會主席列席校務會議嗎?有香港學校在推行學校政策時會先收集學生的意見、進行公聽會,甚至全校師生公投嗎?

IV －公民權利及自由
同上,在「聖道迦密中學」回條,學校橫額事件,福建中學事件中,學生對社會時事保持喊默的權利受到辨學團體的侵犯,前者已被教育署警告,後者教育署未有作出任何行動;另外,在北京奧運期間,不少中小學勒令學生回校必須穿上紅衣以示支持學校支持(涉及多宗有系統侵犯中國公民人權)的北京奧運,因黃色代表中共所最討厭的人權,因此不少學校不單不準學生穿黃色來表達自己支持人權奧運的理念,甚至更嚴搜書包,充公任何黃色的物件,學校如此不是侵犯學生表達及不表達政見的權利是什麼?
另外,在基督右派明光社兩次賣旗籌款時,不少保守派基督教學校以學生籌款作為交換不罰學生欠交功課及留堂,侵犯學生不參與自己不認同的「慈善」活動的權利,除嚴重破壞教育原則外,亦因基督右派明光社籌款被普遍抵制,學校在明知情況下,無形中是增加了學生被反明光社人仕言語攻擊的機會。

VII －教育、休閑及文化活動。
發動2.15反宗教霸權遊行的宗教霸權關注組主席秦晞暉就有因為曾經參萬聖節的活動而曾學校處分的不愉快經驗,可想而知,不少保守派基督教學校均有侵犯學生如何處理閒暇時間的自由,因為學生在學校外/或假期時的活動不合乎學校師長對的基督教原教旨主義思想而被學校懲罰,名義是品德教育,實則是強迫學生接受一套不合時宜的原教旨主義思想。我還沒有提不少保守派基督教學校給予非宗教學生帶強烈宗教意味的習作,並將宗教科的分數列入總分內,兩者合起來無疑是用宗教科的分數去強迫非宗教學生以宗教的身份去參與宗教科,對不是基督教的學生一來不公平,二來不尊重他/她的宗教信仰,例如明明不信有基督教的神,卻要回答基督教的神是如何在他身上作功,明明贊成同性戀合法化,卻要回答為什麼同性戀不道德;三來侵犯他/她的宗教信仰自由,想像一下一個無神論者如何參與學校的宗教治動(如聖詩班)而不違反良心,但如果他/她不參與此課外活動,他/她的總體成績可能因此而受損!

第29條：教育目標

我也是科學教育關注組的一員,首先,教育署制訂課程都是黑箱作業,教師未有機會參與制訂,事前從未徵詢學生的意見,而今年九月生效的所謂新課程就在多處為曾肆虐美國的偽科學神創論/智慧設計論大開中門,例如中四生物科課程中有一句:「除演化論以外,教師也有自由從另類觀點去分析」,如此不是破壤科學教育是什麼?破壞科學教育,歪曲科學教育的原意,不正正是傷害兒童得到有質素的科學教育的權利嗎?另外,還不提教育署曾經容許多次發動反同性戀道德戰役的明光社教授「有明光社/中共特色」的人權課程,把天賦人權和負責及義務混為一談,教育署不是在破壞人權教育嗎?如何保證類似的事不再發生?如何保持科學教育和公民教育就是純綷的科學教育和公民教育,而不是借教育之名,任由學校自由詮釋知識,把自己的意識形態包裝成課程?

近日成龍 (陳港生先生) 在海南博鰲亞洲論壇反對中國人享有自由的言論，不單針對香港和台灣人應有的權利，更鼓勵政府剝奪市民個人自由，污蔑港台之餘，嚴重破壞港台享有言論、出版、集會自由的普世核心價值。

成龍身為高等學府的名譽博士及院士，應捍衛香港的核心價值，不該對港台的自由和權利，作出無根據、不客觀的妄言。這實有損高等學府名譽博士及院士應有身份。

同時身為香港旅遊大使的成龍，他的言論會損害台灣居民來港旅遊和交流的意欲，破壞兩岸關係發展。

我認為成龍的狂言，嚴重違背其榮譽學位，院士及旅遊大使身份。成龍已失去其身份所賦予的公信力和誠信。

因此為保障頒授學位機構的信譽，本人要求：
1) 香港浸會大學褫奪其在1996年頒予陳港生的榮譽社會科學博士學位銜，
2) 香港演藝學院褫奪其在1999年頒予陳港生的榮譽院士銜
3) 香港旅遊發展局即時終止陳港生為旅遊大使。

James Tien (email: info@hktb.com):

I would like to bring your attention on the recent comments by Mr. Jackie Chan (Chan Kong-sang) on the Boao Asia Forum held in Boao, Hainan Island, questioning the fundamentals of freedom for individuals, as well as questioning the level of interventions and controls by the Government in terms of individual freedoms in Hong Kong, and in Taiwan. This has severely undermined /back-lashed the core values of Hong Kong people on their pursuit for freedom, including the freedom of speech, publication, and assembly, and the pursuit for treasuring and cherishing such values.

As a Honourary Doctorate or a Fellow of a higher education institute, Mr. Chan should always in the pursuit for defending these core values, and should not make groundless, inappropriately sarcastic and ironic remarks on the degree of freedom in Hong Kong and in Taiwan.

This has seriously undermined the competency and standards of a higher decree in which an Honouray Doctorate/Fellow or Tourism Ambassador should process.

Being the Tourism Ambassador for Hong Kong, Mr. Chan has also dampen the intentions of the residents of Taiwan in travelling to Hong Kong for business, pleasure and exchanges, it would not add any positive light to the development of Cross Straits relationships.

I believe that not only the recent comments from Jackie Chan are not adherence with his identity as a holder of Honourary Doctorate/ Fellowship, and the role as a Tourism Ambassador, they are also in serious contradictions and conflicts with those identities. Mr. Jackie Chan has lost the credibility, as well as public integrity in which the Doctorate degree or Fellowship, and the role as a Tourism Ambassador, have conferred/bring about to him.

Hence, for the safeguard of public creditability and integrity, I hereby request:
1) The Hong Kong Baptist University should strip/forfeit Mr. Chan from the Honourary Doctorate Degree in Social Science conferred to him in 1996
2) The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts should strip/forfeit Mr. Chan from the Honourary Fellowship conferred to Mr. Chan in 1998.
3) The Hong Kong Tourism Board should withdraw the title of “Tourist Ambassador” from Mr. Chan.

一人一信強烈抗議小西灣福建中學強迫學生聯署批評爆粗議員

(不知迦密聖道中學發起一人一信收緊淫審是基督右派明光社及性文化學會學中共還是中共學習基督右派明光社及性文化學會呢?)

致小西灣福建中學校長黃均瑜先生:

RE:強烈抗議小西灣福建中學強迫學生聯署批評爆粗議員

本人在四月三日中的蘋果日報和明報之中，得悉貴校要求全校學生聯署批評爆粗議員，唔簽名要作文寫「悔過書」解釋。我們是一班關注學生權益的市民，要求貴校校長立即對此行為作出解釋。

首先，香港是一個言論自由的社會，每一個人和個體，都有獨立思考和對事有不同看法的權利。在本人而言，本人尊重貴校校長批評有議員在立法會爆粗的權利。但我相信這不是全校師生的同一意見和想法，而貴校把自己的想法強加在學生身上，強迫學生聯署批評，這毫無疑問是一種學校霸權行為。

對學生而言，獨立思考是學生最寶貴的資產，每一個學生應該對每一件事有自己的獨立睇法。學校最大的責任是引導學生如何作獨立思考。但是貴校竟然要強迫學生聯署，把學校一言堂思想強加在學生之上，這等同取去學生自主思想的權利。

貴校有濃厚的親中色彩，而且和民建聯和工聯會有緊密的合作關係，而這兩會與社民連在立法會上是有敵對關係，難免會令人想到，該校強迫借聯署為名，實則以打壓不同政見的人為實，學校是一個學習知識，培養學生獨立思考的地方。而不是用作打壓而已的地方。香港是多元化的社會，每一個人都有不同的思想，政治取向的自由，如今貴校用此霸權行為，公器私用，作為辦學組織，是不是一個正確的做法。

最後，本人希望貴校向我們清楚解釋此事，如果該等報導實屬不實指控，本人認為應立即出律師信控告該等報紙誹謗，以示清白。如果你們不控告他們誹謗，等同承認自己有做上述的行為。如果該校對我們此信不作回應，我們不排除會發動示威，在該校門口作出抗議，抗議該校的霸權行為。

多謝香港的淫審條例,因為沒有在電視看到天安門清場(請自己上CNN網站看看),便有人想淨化歷史,說六四當晚沒有死過一個人,袁木不是說死了一定數量的人?北京事後是不是戎嚴,大搜捕學生,不要說是手無寸鐵的學生暴動,打死了許多「平暴士兵」?而中共國中央電視台播的屠殺消息又是外國勢力煽動的?
香港支聯會哪像中共這樣有力量去欺騙全香港的人?香港支聯會又不是中共,可以控制全香港的傳媒,包括中共指揮的文匯報?當時香港當街貼滿的大字報全部都是支聯會派人貼的?
以同樣道理來說,南京大屠殺是子子虛烏有的傳說,日本進入中國是真心為了共建「大東亞共榮圈」,對抗西方殖民侵略!)
