We, Strategic Sounds is a Kwun Tong based independent art and music development unit. We run a venue at Kwun Tong’s aged industrial building since mid Nov 2011. This venue is to attempt echo all indie artist and musician, and, indie live house practitioner that “revitalizing” the old industrial area in a pragmatic way for the development of local art and music scene.
