About the speaker:
"Elizabeth Warren (born 1949) is an American attorney and law professor. She is the Leo Gottlieb Professor of Law at Harvard Law School -- where she teaches contract law, bankruptcy, and commercial law -- and has devoted much of the past three decades to studying the economics of middle class families. In the wake of the 2008-9 financial crisis, she became the chair of the Congressional Oversight Panel created to investigate the U.S. banking bailout (formally known as the Troubled Assets Relief Program). In that role, she has provided a critical check on the U.S. Department of the Treasury and has been a leading advocate for accountability and transparency."

樓奴《The Coming Collapse of the Middle Class》

在 片中20:27 時提到的按揭支出問題，很有見地，也是現今很多地方所面對的一個共同問題 ：「樓奴，在炒鍋內被一步一步炒熟的可憐的一群！」
因要應付按揭的支出，夫婦皆要工作才能應付，使幼兒的支出也隨著增加，為保工作來應付開支，工作壓力造成健康問題和其引致的支出增加；在各種支出增加下，儲蓄也不多了，政府為怕將來應付不了，就要求各人要有強制的儲蓄計劃及醫療計劃，結果當然是個人可能儲蓄進一步萎縮。而賬面的財富，就祇有那個按揭物業了，為使賬面是正數，當然按揭的物業價值不能下降，....，一代接一代的問題加劇，就這樣的惡性循環下，就是"The Coming Collapse of the Middle Class"了。
