版權-只許財團謀利,不許小民搵食

每年年宵都有各種趣怪DIY貨品出售，今年維園有班年輕人搞了一個攤位，大賣紙幣紙巾(圖)，引來不少傳媒報導。原以為報導有助促銷，但卻為他們惹來麻煩。
話說他們在報導出街後已開始不斷收到不同政府部門和機構的滋擾，在24/1日有商業罪案調查科的幫辦收到金管局指示，特來查看。那個幫辦當時以個人名義私底下勸他們不要再賣。但其後，幫辦都再致電他們說應該沒有問題了。滿以為可以繼續安心做生意，怎料25/1昨匯豐銀行電郵他們(他們有個網址, http://forum.theleo.com)，叫他們不可以再售賣令人聯想起該銀行的紙幣紙巾,否則保留追究權利。
可憐這班年輕人用了成8萬元入貨，賣了不到一成就要掉了所有貨，真的幾慘下。但問過他們，他們都說唔敢博，怕真係俾人告喎。
唉，大家可以說他們無GUTSY，但問題係又有幾多小市民有牙力有膽量同大財團鬥。類似的情況無日無至，都唔至所謂的版權是幫人還是害人了。

其實可唔可以用廉價頂左批廁紙來賣或派.......本來我冇興趣行花市....但如此形勢....我諗住去幫襯佢買番一打....以示支持.....

copyright on banknotes???
These big companies can send you legal action letters no matter there's any ground for action or not. What they do is just trying to scare the youngsters off.
It's so ridiculous to claim that they should have "copyright" on banknote! The reason why the design have such a status is coz citizens has authorized the bank to publish money on behalf of them, not that we choose to use it because we appreciates its brilliant design. I don't think a cooperation attempting to abuse its role as banknotes issuer is qualified for this important role.

Not totally unreasonable...
Actually, the bank logo and the lion head is asking for trouble. They can simply use a dog head and some other geometric shapes. While copyright and patents nowadays become more and more confusing (say, the patents on human genes in the States...), there are still obvious rules that I don't think we shouldn't completely ignore...
看清楚是不一樣的.打壓創意.太過份了!
大家看清楚,
卷紙巾係全新設計過的.
其實張紙巾設計獅子頭己換上賀年狗頭.
裡面detail字句都只是一些賀年祝賀字句..
如"香港農曆新年財源廣進萬事勝意"."發佰"
實際上要帶給的意識是祝賀.攞個意頭.同埋等大家都開開心心..
logo方面無疑是比較似..
但其實裡面是改了笑哈哈的..
看報導都知道是喻意大家新一年全年都開開心心.
設計是真的經過考慮的..
年青人只是創業..
用自己的創意作嘗試..
需的是支持.鼓勵.
實在無需如此打壓欺凌吧!太過份了.

係一種re-create
如果佢真係直接將張銀紙印成廁紙，我都覺得有點題。
不過張廁紙，唔係真係將張銀紙印在廁紙度，而是parody，是自己弄出來的。獅頭變狗頭，文字、數字、銀行logo等亦全部係自己弄的。係一種re-create。
覺得匯豐好無聊…
咁都告?匯豐無野做呀?
百幾萬生意唔做走黎告D升斗小民…
真係告得入都唔會賺幾多啦
