iPod nano推出後，一如所料，成為各報刊的新寵兒，而成為「潮物」，亦是意料中事。iPod nano很薄？對，的確很薄，約兩年前，Creative已經推出了厚度相差不多的 MuVo Slim，就因為它的名字不是「iPod」，大家都只會記得 iPod nano是前無古人地薄。
iPod nano外型極之討好？我承認它的確很薄，但我一點也不覺得其外型設計有何討好之處。當然，總有人跳出來提醒，「美不美是一個很主觀的問題」，為免勞煩他人，這句我還是先在這兒寫下吧。
主觀歸主觀，我也有理由的。為何我不覺得 iPod nano「型/靚」呢？首先，我已經被 iPod系列悶死了，其設計依舊不改，固然是有其特色，但丁點兒突破也沒有。而且，我總覺得 iPod nano若改為橫向的設計會比直身好，顯示屏的上左右三邊都比下邊跟那圓盤形控制的空間少得多，個人認為看上去會比較怪，只可惜我只能聽見「呢部 iPod好靚呀！」（高八度的聲線）。
iPod總是潮物，總有一大班 iPod-manic的人追隨。

A reluctant coment
I usually do not comments on commentaries that critize on iPods, as I use one myself. However, I had to say: this article lacks substantial reasonings as to "what is so bad about iPod", aside from the fact that seemingly a lot of people use them now.
There are MP3 players that are smaller than the iPods, and there are players that had more functions than the iPods. So, why is iPods selling like hotcakes? There is no explanation.
I hate to say this, but we do no need more bashes without points and reasonings. Give us some points other than opinions, would you mind?

There are MP3 players that are smaller than the iPods, and there are players that had more functions than the iPods. So, why are iPods selling like hotcakes? There is no explanation in the article. What about form factors, ease of use, integration with the music management software? And what about relatively low price(per gigabyte wise), and substantial amount of accessories? These are the strong points of iPod, not just because it is hip or good looking.
I hate to say this, but we do not need bashes without viable arguments. Give us some reasonable points other than opinions, would you mind?

Oh Sevenine, you're so...how do I say, above pop culture. Admirable. Truly. Seriously, stop hating all the time and let people be. Yeah so it can be irritating to see all these people walking around with the trademark white earphones. Big freakin' deal.
There are cheaper alternatives, why is iPod so popular? Cool factor might be a point, the user interface, simple and elegant industrial design are the main differentiators. iPod just works so fast and so well. The interface is very intuitive and you can find your stuff really fast. Syncing with iTunes is awesome and flawless. And it's not just that it works...Creative, AFAIK, offers *nothing* like it.

comments are expected, and they are right at all...ofcoz i should give some points/reasons...but should there be any reasons?
I DID NOT SAY iPOD IS NOT GOOD AT ALL(actually i think it's not bad,but just not as good as people say) so i didn't (have to) give any reason to prove that "why iPod is so bad"......
i just don't like iPod, should i hate it?...
i am really sorry(really) that i wrote some "opinion-only" thing...maybe i will label them next time when i write something simular again....
well,iTunes is a good reason...but i am now using creative MuVo N200(aka nano plus...)...i just plug it in and copy the songs on it as a USB drive...what is the difference for using iPod and iTunes?...i don't know...can you tell me?...
p.s.i hope you can understand my English...i know it's quite terrible...
Get a clue
Basically, you're fine if you stay away from the iPod. Just because you don't think iPod is cool is no reason to bash on others. And if you want us to agree with you, don't be so eager to bash a product you haven't well experienced yet.

again...I did not say iPod is not good....I had just a little comment on the design of iPod nano.....

Now, you admit you are a blind "ipod users" basher with nothing better to do than write silly columns, how about finally tell us the reasons why you dislike "the attutide of the others on ipods"?
Are you jealous of people who enjoy and appreciate of good designs? Or do you believe all ‘ipod users’ think ipods are the only mp3 players out there and everything is just crap!!
I can continue to write a lots of speculation here, but the real answer can only come from you.

Look, I'm not saying "You're a moron! iPod is the best!!!" or I must have your acknowledgment of "iPod is the coolest gadget!!". Why am I taking time to reply your article? Because of your expressed motivation for writing. You begins your article like this:

What does this snappy little introduction tell us? It tells us that all of the iPod's positive press really bugs you. Mac users are celebrating, potential iPod-switchers are excited, the press is infatuated, and you are personally irritated by it all. So you write a poorly thought-out commentary in order to insult 21+ millions iPod users.
