No. There is no such thing as "逆歧視".

It is just a "term" created by those who choose and like to discriminate against other people.

Sexists who has gender bias and is prejudice against a particular gender, would say the limitation that put on their jerk-like behavior as "逆歧視".

Whites who have been oppressing Blacks in the US, were saying that they have "逆歧視" because of the affirmative action taken to "rights" the balance because of past wrong. For example, because of the long term oppressions of Blacks in the US, most Blacks would not have the same chance to go to University as Whites (because of the limited of good High Schools that admit Blacks students. In order to have more Blacks to go University right now, the government would set up policy that each University has to have at least 10% of Black students. So, it used to be close to 100% Whites, now would be reduced to 90% Whites. Those White students who were in the last 10% of the group would say there is "逆歧視" because they could no longer get into the same unversity.

Of course, locally, we have homophobic-church-going-Christian-jerks who claimed that their freedom to abuse, insult, discriminate against homosexuals would be limited if there is any law that ban discrimination. And instead of calling it a good thing, as it reduce the among of discrimination in the society, they would also called it "逆歧視" like the racists and sexists jerks.

To make it short, those who use the term "reverse discrimination" or "逆歧視" are usually jerks who discriminated against other people based on bias and prejudice.
