「校園驗毒計劃」爭議不絕，曾蔭權卻咬牙切齒，稱之刻不容緩。面對洪水猛獸，孩子正處水深火熱，一定要「儘快做、救得一個得一個」。呵，長官真是難得果斷！情形就像河的上游有化工廠污染水源，我們卻在下游勞師動眾，警戒那些玩水的小朋友，而且要找出哪個小朋友不乖、溜去玩水。拜托！教育官員少搞屎搞尿，前線老師起碼可以多花點時間跟學生相處了。

然而有云「意志的勝利」，目標是「虛無」，計劃必將成功：這與決心、力度無關，更與整個驗尿、識別與個案跟進工作如何具體達成無關，它只繫乎一種無視現實的「精神」，貫徹始終，口號高唱入雲，在沒事情的地方鬧事情，再宣佈勝利，超額完成。計劃强調學生「自願參與」，由此可以預計所有參與計劃的中學必將錄得「零個案」的理想佳績，再被說成「零容忍」的政策湊效。一眾二流三流學校的校譽，將比不慎爆出「劣績」的市區名校更佳！
