女工關懷於1996年 成立,為香港註冊社團,我們的成員包括勞工工作者、女性主義者、大學教授、研究生、社工、文化工作者、工人和學生。本會宗旨乃保障外來女 工的勞動及性別權益,透過多元的培訓及教育項目,支持女工團結,倡議社會公義,追求可持續發展。

主要職責

  • 統籌國內工人服務中心之教育及培訓工作
  • 於珠三角工業區策劃及開展外來工活動
  • 撰寫項目計劃及項目報告
  • 處理基本行政及財務工作

資歷要求

  • 對工人工作有興趣及熱誠
  • 持有大專認可學歷,相關學科畢業者優先
  • 良好中英文書寫能力,良好普通話溝通能力
  • 有勞工工作經驗者優先
  • 需於珠三角工業區工作,不定時工作

  • 工資面議,視乎學歷及工作經驗而定
  • 一年合約(如合適,將可獲續約)

The Chinese Working Women Network(CWWN) was set up in 1996 as a non-governmental organization. We are labor organizers, feminists, university professors, researchers, social workers, cultural activists, workers and students. Our goal is to facilitate migrant women workers to fight for alternative and sustainable development in China. CWWN currently has a vacancy on:

Project Coordinator

Duties

  • Coordinating training and education for migrant workers in the worker service center in China
  • Planning and implementing activities to migrant workers in Pearl River Delta
  • Proposal and report writing
  • Providing assistance to administrative and accounting support to the organization

Requirements

  • Interest in workers related services and education works
  • College education level or above, related discipline is preferred.
  • Good command of written in Chinese and English; fluent in Mandarin
  • Experience in working with NGO is preferred
  • Willing to work in Pearl River Delta, required to work irregular hours / weekends

Remunerations

  • A competitive salary which will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
  • A one-year contract with the possibility renewal
  • 18 days on-paid annual leave
